I Have More

I went to crop last night that Toni was having. I actually just met her at the 2 Pea's Crop this year and she's very sweet. So we got to talking and she invited me to the one she was having last night.

I got to say that it was a very productive night for me. I finally got more than one lo done. Okay, hold your breath...........I finished 4 and 2 of the one's I started at the 2 Pea's Crop. Can you believe that? I know, you can let out your breath out now. My mojo finally came back. Well with out any more waiting this is what I created......

The last 2 Months........

Squeeeeeal's of delight!

I just have to say that I had a very busy 3 day weekend. My mom and her friend Geri came down from NM for the scrapbook convention. We started it off by going to Jen's house to scrap on Thursday till about midnight or so. Lot's of fun. I think we all got one lo done. Friday we drove down to Mesa at 7 am to sign up early for classes. This year was a very small work load. We took 2 very awesome classes. First we took Acrylic Craze at 8:30 and learned different techniques that you can do with the Acrylic. Something very different and I'm really glad I took it cuz now I want to put it on all my pages. He he. After that class we stood in a very huge line to go shopping, where we all spent a good penny. I'm glad to say this year I bought more goodies than an anything else. The only paper I bought was the bazzill $20 pizza box of card stock and slit a second one with Jen. Plus 2 Rusty Pickle Sheets. Other than that we bought a paper pack and split between three. I'm trying to use the paper that I have first. I have so much of it. Which I'm sure we all do. I got Lot's of chipboard and I bought 2 new $40 stamp Set's from Fancy Pants and Prima. Other than that I think I bought a few small thing's. Our second class was at 3:10 and we took the Prince or Princess Acrylic Album. After that we headed out to dinner at the Olive Garden. Yum. Met Liz and there group there but was not able to have dinner with them. They could not sit all at the same place, plus we had another class at 7 to go to. That crop was okay but not one of the best. It was very tight in there and usually everyone gets a prize. This year there was so many people that didn't get one. We got home around 12:30 that night and poor Jen still had to go take a test for school. Plus she was flying out to Cali in the morning. Hope she did okay.
Saturday we slept in and then did a little shopping in this area. Around 5 we left to the 2 pea's crop that Ashley hosted. That was a fun one and this year there was so much more room then there has been in the last 3 that I have gone to. We won lots of great prices and she just did an awesome job hosting it.

That concludes my busy weekend. Now I just got to play with all my new stuff. Yayee.

I'm Still Alive.

Hi Ladies,
Sorry I've been missing. Well just a few updates. I've been to NM for a scrapbook weekend with Creative Memories for 2 1/2 days of scrapbooking. Unfortunately, I only got three page's done. I have no idea were my mojo went. I did have lots of fun though. It was a blast to hang out with family and meet new friends. Jen did go with me. She was looking for a scrapbook get away and asked me about one in CA and told her I was going to NM and she can come along. She completed a few more than me. So next time, if we do it again we said that we will only take 1 bag of stuff instead of a trunk full. Now my mom and my aunt Anna were knocking pages out like no tomorrow.
We did a bit of shopping while we were up there. Jen got some smoking deals at the Coach store. I found a few things but they weren't on sale. Now I did find a lot of deals at Kohl's. I love jewelery and candles, so that what I spent my money on. We also got a few deal at Hobby Lobby in Santa Fe. I guess it was not all scrapping after all.
Last weekend we went scrapbooking at one of Amie's friend's house. I got two snow lo done and still need to take pictures of those to post. Since I didn't have to work the next day, we stayed out past 2 am and I had a killer headache the next day. I was suppose to go scrapbooking at Liz house and didn't make it out there. I stayed asleep most of the day and then cleaned house. We did have company that night. A couple of my friends from work came over to BBQ and we played PS3.
Oh I forgot to tell you DH bought a new HDTV, Entertainment center, Surround System and a PS3. When I got home, my living room was torn apart. It's a very nice system. So, our old stuff we gave to my friends from work. I was babysitting there son and I got to see the set up. It looks really good.
On Wednesday Jen, Teresa and myself went out to eat at Claim Jumpers with Liz, since she's down here for the week. Lots of girl talk and of course scrapooking. It was a fun night way from the men and kids.

I think...

Someone stole my scrapbook mojo. I have not been in the mood to create, but look at everyone else wonderful creations. I really need to get back in my scrapbooking mood.. I soooo miss playing with my goodies.. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I worked, so it was okay. DH is sick with a wicked cold, nasty caugh and all. The weather is starting to get nice out here...so today we went out to eat breakfast at Chili's and rent some new movies. Nice calm day. I just wanted to drop in and let everyone know that I'm doing alright. Nothing's changed here and I go to the doctor's on the 20th. It's not getting here fast enough though. Hehe

February Already...Where did all the time go?

Well this is all have completed since my last post. I did 21 project in January, it wasn't my 31 flavor's like I had planned. I was only 10 short and that's not bad.

Well I failed on my lo a day, that I planned to do this month. I'm back to getting my headaches once again. I told my doctor but all he does is give me the same meds my primary doctor had given me. I told them that they aren't helping. It's excuse after excuse. So DH and I are going to see him in Feb and we will dish it out with him then. The problem I believe is my body gets adjusted to the med and it needs some new after a while.

I did two of these at my friend Jen's house on Thursday when I went over for couple of hours. It's so nice that she lives close. She puts her kids down and calls me over to scrap. I had a lot of fun hanging out.

My other two were completed last night with a last minute crop at my house with Brook from work and Teresa. We had pizza and sweets that made me sick. I don't know if had to with my headache, but I had to excuse myself. Some hostess I am. At least they didn't mind and they did have fun. Brook completed two lo. Which is a record for her. Usually she get one page done at crops. She a beginner but I kept telling her 30 minutes is all she had to complete a lo. Her page's came out amazing though. Teresa complete page's for her new grandson, that I believe will be born sometime this week. Very exciting. She also did some awesome lo's. I believe we all did 2 lo's. Can you all see how much talking we did.

I've been one busy Scrapper

Well, I have been feeling so much better than I have in a very long time. I haven't been taking naps everyday from being so exhausted. DH and I have been eating more home cooked meals if you can believe that. I have so much energy, that at night I'm tossing and turning before I finally fall asleep. Plus, on top of all that, my mood is so much better. I haven't blown up on a customer at work or anything. I'm a lot happier.

The test result's from the EEG that I got done all came out normal. So, I have an appointment in February. Will see what he tells me then.
