Saturday Challenges

I was not able to get much complete but I did finish 3 card for the March Mini Crop over at SC2C. It was a pretty laid back day other than that.

I'm trying to get a couple of chores done today and then maybe get some scrapping accomplished. DH is smoking some meat out back, so we will have a yummy dinner.

Have a great day!!!

Hello There!!!

I guess you all have been wonder where I have been at? We have added tile and carpet in the whole house. We had it all planned for the same weekend. So, that means everything has to be out. Man that's just like packing up and moving. Well, its all done and over with. Thank the lord. I have some picture of the completed work so you can see how pretty it came out. My parents did the carpet in the bedrooms. The title was by my dad's hired hands. The tile threw out the house is all different. Its not the same pattern. They did a wonderful job and all the extra construction was done by DH, hehe. Just don't tell him I told you all that. He won't admit to it.

This is how the front door looks.
Kitchen and the laundry room.
How do you like this table? DH built it the garage. He even put those flourishes on the front.

This is our pretty new couch. Love it!

Going out to the Patio.

I forgot to take a picture before I empty my closet, but this is what it looks like before DH build the shelves.

After! Doesn't it look all organized?
Now I have a table to scrap on that is clean, lol.

Living room and Hallway.

This is the color of are carpet.

Part of the hallway and the bathroom. I forgot to take a picture of the way did as base board in the bathroom. Instead of using the wood. They replaced with the tile.

These are some extra shelves that he built in the laundry room. Ignore the mess in there. Right now, everything is just thrown in there.
